Egger + Partner was founded in 1929 by Fritz Egger and later continued by his sons Fritz Egger Junior and Hanns Egger. Today, we are a modern legal practice focused on the German-speaking regions of Europe (D-A-CH) and the European Union, combining linguistic, cultural, and professional competence to solve cross-border legal matters effectively.

Fritz Egger has led the firm for over forty years and continues to advise selected clients in the fields of civil law and contract law.
He graduated in law from the University of Padua and has been admitted to the bar since 1966, with authorization to practice before the Supreme Courts.
Hanns Egger
Hanns Egger has extensive experience in civil and administrative law, with particular expertise in ski law and insurance law.
He has served as arbitrator and mediator and was President of the Bar Association and of the Free University of Bolzano.
He studied law at the Universities of Innsbruck and Padua and was admitted to the bar from 1966 to 2022.
Helmuth Clementi
With many years of experience in civil law, family law, and agricultural law, he provides clients with practical, solution-oriented legal advice.
He studied law at the Universities of Innsbruck, Padua, and Modena, and has been admitted to the bar since 1982, with authorization to practice before the Supreme Courts.
Gianfranco Mattei
Gianfranco Mattei focuses on banking law, criminal law, and commercial agency law, and is also active in arbitration.
He graduated in law from the University of Padua, has been admitted to the bar since 1983, and is authorized to appear before the Supreme Courts.
He is a member of the disciplinary panel of the Italian Ice Sports Federation.
Gerda Wallnöfer
Gerda Wallnöfer advises clients primarily in family law, real estate law, and tort law.
She obtained her law degree from the University of Florence and has been admitted to the bar since 1989, with authorization to practice before the Supreme Courts.
Hans-Magnus Egger
Hans-Magnus Egger specializes in commercial and contract law, as well as intellectual and industrial property law.
He graduated in law from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and has been admitted to the bar since 2005, with authorization to practice before the Supreme Courts.
He earned a Master’s degree in International and European Business Law from LMU Munich.
He formerly served as a member of the Bar Council of Bolzano and the Disciplinary Commission of the Bar Association of Trento, and as lecturer at the Free University of Bolzano.
Elisabeth Kerschbaumer
Elisabeth Kerschbaumer focuses on traffic law, tort law, contract law and inheritance law and heads the firm’s debt collection department.
She graduated in law from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and Milan and has been admitted to the bar since 2006.
Bernhard Fleischmann
Bernhard Fleischmann advises clients in traffic law and administrative offenses.
He holds a law degree from the University of Trento and a degree in Sports Science from the University of Innsbruck.
He has been admitted to the bar since 2009.
Tanja Gasparini
Tanja Gasparini specializes in traffic law, tort law, and contract law. She earned her law degree from the Leopold-Franzens University of Innsbruck and has been admitted to the bar since 2018.
Valentina Burattin
Valentina Burattin practices mainly in criminal law and tort law. She graduated in law from the University of Padova and has been admitted to the bar since 2020.

Patrizia Salati
Patrizia ran her own law firm in Verona for over 30 years, developing particular expertise in cross-border legal advice in real estate and inheritance law.

Prof. Riccardo Omodei Sale’
Riccardo is a Full Professor of Private Law, Department of Legal Sciences, University of Verona.
His research and practice focus includes contract and obligations law, tort law, property law and succession law, with a particular interest in European private law and comparative law.
Riccardo is a regular speaker at academic and professional conferences, including international events.
He is Of Counsel at Egger + Partner since 2018.
